Hey guys. Long time no CRX-speak. I'm getting my SE out of storage this year and she needs tires. Wear and noise are not really concerns for me as this car is just a toy now and at most I put 2,000kms on it in a summer. I may do a lapping day or two as well. Looking for something super-sticky to replace the Toyo RA-1 tires I have.
I was going to try the Falken Azenis 615 but I can't get them anytime soon. Thinking about the Toyo R1R now. Anyone have any other suggestions?

RE-11s
Star-specs, though I was told new ones are coming out shortly.

The RA-1s are pretty BA.

With only 2000kms I'd be tempted to do NT01s.

Ya sorry, 15's.
I had not considered Nittos. For some reason I always thought that brand was synonymous with...I don't know..."crap".
Not so?

I just got Potenza RE11s, and am very happy with them so far.

Yeah most Nittos are crap. The NT05s on the NSX weren't bad but there are better options now. The NT01s are seriously sticky stuff though. They are track tires but I know a few guys that street them.

Im using the old 195/50 15 Bridgestone RE01R which were replaced by the RE11's in 2011.
Best tire I ever owned ! Made in JAPAN quality !

Toyo R1R are also good (and cheaper)
